Fabulous!
The location is fabulous, right in the beach. There are other beaches and 2 supermarkets very close by. The rooms are spacious and have everything you could need. The balconies overlook the sea and gave a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything. Housekeeping was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent although the menu is quite limited for lunch and dinner. It was all well prepared and cooked, and beautifully presented. The staff in all areas of the hotel are exceptional. Everyone is polite, friendly and welcoming, the grounds people, security, housekeeping and restaurant staff. The wonderful Reggie saved my trip when he was able to book me in the Submarine tour after they cancelled it as I didn’t have the right test.
The only negative comment I can make is about the checkout. When I said I was checking out the receptionist told me I had a restaurant bill. I knew I didn’t as my breakfast was included and I paid cash for all my meals. She said she had to check. As she also was dealing with an irate guest, I had to wait 25 mins for the manager to confirm I didn’t have a bill. I said, I waited 25 mins to be told this. She replied, No, you didn’t, because I was dealing with another guest!! Firstly, I DID wait 25 mins, secondly, she shouldn’t have had to check, it should have been clear in the computer when she looked that my breakfast was included, and thirdly, there was no need to be rude. I hadn’t been and a simple apology for keeping me waiting was in order not rudeness.

The location couldn't be better. Close to stores and restaurants. The room is cleaned daily, the grounds are beautiful. Staff is friendly, Reggie will book activities, restaurants, taxis etc. The rooms need some TLC. They're just getting tired looking.
